Easy-to-Grow Pollinator Plants
Q: What are some easy-to-grow plants that benefit pollinators in spring, summer, and fall? I’m not much of a gardener but I would like to help the insects.
A: In my garden I see catmint that flowers April to June. Bees love it and it’s one of the earliest bloomers to coincide with the bee season. Purple Salvia and Lavender are easy varieties for summer, and Agastaches and Asters are wonderful and easy to grow for fall.
